摘要
高砂水电站8号坝段建基面以下泥化夹层施工时未全部清除,经过16年的运行,该坝段坝基下不连续的全一强风化夹层的摩擦系数在泡水状态下有所降低。通过分析大量基础地质资料,对沿建基面及沿软弱夹层的抗滑稳定进行了复核计算及敏感性分析,综合监测成果进行安全评价后认为,大坝整体上是安全的。
The interlayer argillization in the foundation of No. 8 dam monolith in Gaosha Hydropower Station is not fully cleared out during construction. After the continuous operation of 16 years, the inconsecutive full-intense weathering intedayer's friction coefficient of this monolith reduces as soaking in water. Through the analyses of geological data, the recalculation and sensitivity analyses of anti-slip stabilities along foundation surface and interlayer, and the analyses of monitoring data, the dam is evaluated as safe one.
