摘要
针对我国小水电点多、面广、分散,科学管理受制约的特点,开发了基于Android平台的小水电信息管理系统,从系统结构、框架和功能方面详细阐述了系统设计构建方法,该系统具有交互方便、可扩展性强、网络通信方便、运行稳定、消息推送丰富等特点,系统在云南省小水电管理中的成功应用验证了系统设计的合理性和实用性。
The centralized scheduling and scientific management of small hydropower stations in China have been restricted by its characteristics of huge number, wide distribution and high scatter. A small hydropower information management system based on Android platform is developed. The system design is elaborated from thee aspects of system architecture, framework and functions. This system is convenient to human-computer interaction, function extensions, network communication and message push, and stable in operation. The application of system in the management of small hydropower in Yunnan Province verifies the rationality and practicality of system.
