摘要
采用应力强度因子法和能量法,对掺有聚丙烯纤维、钢纤维、混杂纤维的活性粉末混凝土(RPC)的断裂性能进行了分析,结果表明纤维的阻裂效果明显,RPC的裂缝开口位移、裂纹尖端张口位移大大提高。掺入钢纤维掺的RPC断裂韧度可提高3倍以上。以能量释放率G为基础建立的双G准则与双K准则,都可以用来判定RPC的断裂性能。
The fracture properties of reactive powder concrete (RPC) mixed with polypropylene fiber, steel fiber and hybrid fiber are analyzed by the stress intensity factor and the energy method respectively. The result shows that the crack extension is controlled and the fracture toughness opening displacement and crack tip opening displacement are greatly influenced by fiber fraction. The fracture toughness of steel fiber RPC can be increased more than 3 times. The energy release rate based on dual--G and dual-K criterion can be used to judge the fracture properties of reactive powder concrete.
