摘要
采用一种新颖的微波水热法制备VO2粉体,利用扫描电镜(SEM)表征所合成粉体的微观形貌,调节H2O2的浓度、微波功率、微波时间、pH值、水热反应时间及钨掺杂剂等合成工艺参数,实现了对VO2粉体形貌的调控。结果表明:控制不同的工艺参数可合成具有不同形貌如球形、空心椭球形,花簇状、棒状等VO2粉体。
The high quality single crystal VO2 powder has been prepared by a microwave hydrothermal method. Effects of the concentration of H2O2, the power of microwave, reaction time of microwave, pH value, time of hydrothermal reaction and W-dopant on the morphology of VO2 powder were studied. The VO2 powder was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that VO2 powders with different morphology such as spherical, hollow-ellipsoidal, clubbed, flower-liked, can be synthesized by various process conditions
