摘要
为了精确控制和测量豆浆中的温度、实时确定豆浆的凝固终点,设计一种以AT89C51单片机为控制器,利用网络分析仪芯片AD5933实时检测豆浆阻抗的通电加热豆腐加工控制系统。通过试验检验了该系统在豆浆加热过程中温度的测量精度和凝固过程中阻抗的测量精度。结果表明,所设计豆腐加工控制系统温度的测量误差是±1℃,低频时阻抗测量误差为±1Ω,高频时几乎为零;豆浆凝固过程中,10kHz时其阻抗的变化能够确定豆浆的凝固终点。
In order to control and measure the temperature of soymilk accuratelly, and to determine the soy'milk coagulation end point real- time. An ohmic tofu processing control system that used AT89C51 single-chip microcomputer as the controller was designed and used the network analyzer chip AD5933 to real-time detection soymilk im- pedance. Results showed that the ohmic heating to(u processing con- trol system temperature measurement error was 1 ℃, impedance measurement error was ± 1Ω in low frequency, almost zero in high frequency. Frequency at 10 kHz impedance changes could determine the end of solidification of soymilk.
