无动力集成化小型屠宰设备的研制

摘要 针对电力不能到达的广大偏远牧区动物屠宰的要求,研制一种新型的无动力集成化小型屠宰设备。该设备包括屠宰架、起吊机构、收集桶、分割和包装平台、加压冲洗装置等单元。无动力集成化小型屠宰设备依靠杠杆原理、滑轮原理和物理加压原理等设计而成,无需动力,仅靠人力操作就能完成放血,去除皮毛、头、蹄,分割、清洗和包装等屠宰过程,集成化高、结构简单、配置完整,对环境要求低,在不同地点安装后便可使用。 For the slaughtering demand of animal in the remote pasto- ral areas without power, one kind of small integrated unpowered slaughtering equipment was developed. The equipment was made of several units including slaughter shelf, lifting mechanism, four col- lecting barrels, segmentation and packaging platform and flush device with pressure. This machine was designed through the lever princi- ple, pulley principle and physical pressure principle, which could complete following steps: bloodletting, fur removing, heads and hoofs, segmentation, cleaning and packaging without power, just with manpower. Besides, this machine had high integration, simple structure, complete configuration, low environmental requirement, and could immediate use after installing in different place.
