摘要 为了分析橡胶籽壳在不同条件下破碎力的变化规律,运用正交试验的方法,通过万能力学实验机,对取自海南海口橡胶园的橡胶籽,在不同球度、不同加载方向、加载速度、不同压板材料等因素下进行破坏试验研究,分析各因素对橡胶果籽壳破坏力指标的影响规律及橡胶籽特有的力学性能。试验结果表明:不同加载方向上橡胶籽的破碎力从大到小依次为纵棱方向、横棱方向、侧棱方向;随着球度的增加,橡胶籽的破碎力增大;采用钢制压板时橡胶籽破坏力普遍比采用木制压板时小。对破坏力的影响因素依次为压板材料、加载速度、球度、加载方向。当加载速度为20mm/min,球度小于0.85,加载方向为侧棱方向时,压板材料为钢时橡胶果壳破坏力最小。 In order to analyze the variation of rubber seed shell's crush- ing force under different conditions, to use the orthogonal experiment method, take rubber seeds from Haikou rubber plantations at differ- ent sphericity, different loading direction, loading speed and different plate materialsto do some research by universal mechanical testing machine, the variation of rubber seed's crushing was analyzed. The test results showed that: the crushing forces on different loading di- rections in order were longitudinal ridge direction, transverse edge direction, the direction of the side edges; with the increasing of sphe- ricity, rubber seed's crushing force increased; the crushing force was samller when using steel plate rather than wooden plate; The de- structive factors in order were plate materials, loading speed, sphe- ricity, loading direction. When loading speed 20 mm/min, sphericity was smaller than 0.85, side edge direction, and using steel plate, the crush force was minimum.
