摘要
农产品超微干粉与传统方法生产的农产品干粉相比,具有加工机械化程度较高、生产效率高、能达到较高纯度等优点,产品细度可达到纳米水平,分散性及流动性佳,适合于制造高档食品、药品。文章对目前中国国内农产品超微干粉加工的主要品种、生产工艺流程、主要干燥方式及特点等进行综述,并对农产品超微干粉在食品工业中的应用前景进行展望。
Compared to produce powder production of agricultural products the superfine powder 'processing, has high degree of mecha- nization, high production efficiency, high product purity and other advantages, good fineness to nanometer level, good dispersion and fluidity, and is suitable for the manufacture of high-grade food, drug. Mainly sumerized varieties, domestic agricultural products processing superfine powder production process, drying methods and characteristics, and the application prospect of agricultural products superfine powder in food industry were prospected.
