舒适护理对PICC置管患者舒适度及并发症的影响

Effect of comfortable nursing on the comfort and complications of patients with PICC

目的探讨舒适护理在外周静脉植进中间静脉导管（PICC）置管患者中的影响及效果。方法选取2012年5月至12月行PICC置管患者30例为对照组，2013年1月至7月行PICC置管患者30例作为观察组，对照组采用传统的PICC常规护理方法，观察组则在置管前、中、后对患者进行系统的舒适护理干预。对比两组舒适度与并发症情况。结果观察组在置管后舒适度、发生并发症比例与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论舒适护理能减轻PICC置管患者焦虑、疼痛及并发症，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of comfort care on patients with peripheral insert ed central catheter（PICC）. Methods Thirty patients with PICC admitted from May to December 2012 were chose as control group, 30 patients with PICC admitted from January to July 2013 were chose as the observation group. The patients in control group adopted PICC routine traditional nursing, the observation group were given comfortable nursing intervention system. The comfort degree and complications were com- pared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the comfort degree after catheterization and complications rate had significant differences compared with the control group. Conclusions The comfortable nursing can alleviate the anxiety, pain and complications of patients with PICC, and it is wor thy of promotion and application.
