摘要
"上火"是一个民间医学概念,"上火"和凉茶两种事物密切相关。凉茶用于应对"上火",公众对凉茶的认知基于其对"上火"的理解。凉茶本身具备"传统"和"广东"两个身份符号。凉茶商业化之后,公众对于凉茶饮料的关注增强,但是对于其效用并不认可;凉茶商业化的过程也影响了"上火",人们对于"上火"的关注增强、相关知识和误解同时得到了传播。
Shanghuo which stands for excessive internal heat is a folk medical concept in China. Shanghuo and herbal tea are quite related because the herbal tea is used to treat Shanghuo and thus herbal tea is known well by people from their understanding of Shanghuo. The herbal tea is defined with two identities,tradition and Cantonese. The commercialization of herbal tea enhanced the focus on itself by people while people do not accept the medical effect of herbal tea quite well. Also, this process attracts attention of people on Shanghuo with the knowledge and misunderstanding of Shanghuo spreading.
