摘要
[目的]对四川绵阳柏林地区引种大马士革Ⅲ玫瑰精油进行研究,为大马士革Ⅲ玫瑰在该地区的产业化栽培及其综合开发利用提供理论依据。[方法]采取工业化蒸馏萃取法提取玫瑰精油,用GC-MS法对玫瑰精油进行了分离和鉴定,峰面积归一法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结合引种地与原产地的气候条件比较,对照大马士革Ⅲ玫瑰精油的国际质量标准,对其进行综合分析。[结果]试验累计鉴定出引种大马士革Ⅲ玫瑰精油中40余种化学成分,精油含量、精油的外观性状以及主要质量控制成分的种类和含量,均符合国际标准中相应的要求。[结论]大马士革Ⅲ玫瑰适合在绵阳柏林地区产业化栽培和推广。
[Objective] To study essential oils of introduced Rosa damascene Ⅲ in Bolin Mianyang of Sichuan Province and provide theoretical basis for its industrialization cultivation and comprehensive development & utilization.[Methods] Industrial distillation extraction method was used to extract essential oils.The chemical constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS,and the relative content of each constituent was determined by area normalization.Compare the climate conditions of Bolin with the origin area Bulgarian rose valley,according to the international quality standards of Rosa damascene Ⅲ essential oil,comprehensive analysis was completed.[Results] More than 40 major chemical ingredients were identified in introduced Rosa damascene Ⅲ,essential oil percentage,essential oil appearance,and the type and content of major quality control ingredients are in line with international standards.[Conclusion] Rosa damascene Ⅲ is suitable for industrialization cultivation and promotion in Bolin Mianyang of Sichuan province.
