Research Progress on Extraction and Separation and Purification of Taxol in China

紫杉醇是从红豆杉属植物分离出来的一种具有独特抗癌机制的二萜类化合物,紫杉醇因其独特的抗癌机理及其显著疗效而倍受重视。目前紫杉醇主要来自于红豆杉属植物中,提取和分离纯化技术是从红豆杉属植物中获得紫杉醇必须的技术手段。在此较为全面地论述了近年来国内外紫杉醇的提取纯化技术。

Paclitaxel is a kind of two terpenoids with unique anti-tumor mechanism isolated from Taxus plants,attracted the attention because of its unique anticancer mechanism and remarkable curative effect.Taxol are mainly from Taxus plants,extraction and separation,purification technology is the necessity mean for obtaining taxol from Taxol plants.The extraction and purification technologies for Paclitaxel at home and abroad in recent years were elaborated.
