硫肥对大白菜品质的影响

Influence of Sulphur Fertilizer on Quality of Chinese Cabbage

以大白菜的2个品种‘丰抗78’和‘金秋理想’为试验材料,研究了硫肥不同施用量对大白菜品质的影响,以期找出最适宜的硫肥施用量,为大白菜优质生产提供理论依据。结果表明,在硫肥施用量为25 kg/hm2时,大白菜可溶性固形物含量、可溶性蛋白质含量和维生素C含量最适宜。且硫肥的施用量对大白菜硝酸盐含量和干物质含量无显著影响。

Effects of sulfur fertilizer on Chinese cabbage quality were studied using ‘ Fengkang78’ and ‘ Jinqiulixiang’ as testing materials,in order to learn the most suitable application amount,which could provide high quality production with theory basis.The results showed that the best application rate of sulfur fertilizer was 25 kg/hm2,in which level the content of soluble protein,vitamin C and soluble solids were the highest.And there were no significant effects of sulfur fertilizer on nitrate content and dry matter content.
