摘要
[目的]研究棉花根系分泌物对棉田土壤微生物的影响。[方法]采用水培养法收集棉花根系分泌物,在棉田土壤中添加棉花根系分泌物,培养15 d后测定土壤中微生物的数量。[结果]中、高浓度的棉花根系分泌物能显著增加土壤中细菌的数量,表现出中高浓度促进的效应(P<0.01);而不同浓度处理的土壤放线菌的数量均无显著变化(P>0.05)。[结论]该研究探讨了棉花根系分泌物对棉田土壤微生物的影响,为棉花的进一步开发利用提供了依据。
[Objective] To study effects of cotton root exudates on soil microorganisms.[Method] Cotton root exudates were collected by water culture method,added into soil,after 15 d,soil microorganisms were determined.[Result] The results showed that medium and high concentrations of cotton rhizosphere secretions can significantly increase the number of bacteria in the soil,and high concentrations in promoting effect (P < 0.01) ; The number of actinomycetes in different dealing with concentrations of soils had no significant change (P > 0.05).[Conclusion] The study discussed effects of cotton root exudates on soil microorganisms,which will provide a reference for further development and utilization.
