摘要
用苯酚-硫酸法对野生败酱草中的可溶性多糖进行了提取条件试验。试验结果表明,野生败酱草中多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:浸提温度90℃,浸提料液比1g∶20 ml,浸提时间为3 h,可溶性多糖提取率达到了0.825%。
The soluble polysaccharides from wild Thlaspi arvense was extracted by phenol sulfuric acid method.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions are temperature 90 ℃,solid and liquid ratio 1 g∶ 20 ml and time 3 h.Under this condition,the extraction rate of soluble polysaccharide reached O.825％.
