摘要
根据实际生产情况,分析了影响四氯乙烷收率的因素。通过调整乙炔与氯气的配比,改变氯化系统的真空度、反应温度和氯化塔液位,并补加催化剂,提高了四氯乙烷产品的收率。
The factors of affecting the yield of tetrachloroethane were analyzed according to the actual production situations. The yield of tetrachloroethane had increased through adjusting the ratio of acetylene to chlorine, changing the vacuum c!egree of chlorination system, reaction temperature and the level of chloride tower, and adding supplementary catalysts.
