Cr_(12)MoV钢组织与性能的研究

摘要 Cr_(12)MoV钢具有很好的淬透性,淬火后在300~400℃回火仍有较高的强度、耐磨性和韧性相配合,且其体积变形很小。为此广泛应用于制造形状复杂的模具和量具。但由于钢中存在合金元素较多,加热时,不同淬火温度,奥氏体晶粒度不同,碳化物溶入基体也不同,淬火后得到的马氏体针大小和残留奥氏体量也不同,从而显著影响钢的机械性能和工模具的磨损及寿命。不同的工模具对性能要求各异,为此许多资料对Cr_(12)MoV钢推荐的淬火温度范围较宽:950~1000℃、950~1130℃、980~1020、1020~1040℃。 Cr_(12)MoV has a good quench property. The tempering has a rather high intensity between 300-400℃, after it is quenched. With the help of the combination of wearability and tenacity, the volume is hardly deformed. So, Cr_(12)MoV can be widely used to make the moulds and measuring tools which have a complex shape. The rules of its configuration and the relationship between its property and fracture have been studied after Cr_(12)MoV is quenched at different temperature (900-1350℃) and tempered at over 180℃ in this paper.
