重视腹腔镜胃肠道肿瘤手术的消化道重建 被引量：1

摘要 成功的胃肠道肿瘤手术由两个要素构成：①完整的病灶切除和彻底的淋巴结清扫；②安全有效的消化道重建。前者事关肿瘤根治的效果、一直是外科医师重视的焦点．而后者涉及病人能否在术后平稳恢复和生活质量良好．同样是外科医师的重要目标，两者相辅相成。缺一不可。
