一种预测桉木硫酸盐法蒸煮细浆得率的新模型

摘要 基于H因子和表观残碱浓度对蒸煮温度和时间,以及初始活性碱用量(AA)、硫化度(S)和黑液残碱浓度的统一性表达,分析了H因子和表观残碱浓度与纸浆细浆得率之间的关系,提出可预测纸浆细浆得率经验模型的表达式;经最小二乘法拟合以及实验值与模型预测值的对比,评价模型的适用性和准确性.结果表明,在桉木硫酸盐法蒸煮条件范围内,该模型实验值与预测值之间的相似度高达95%,说明模型可准确预测细浆得率.另外,由于模型所需参数可直接在蒸煮过程中获得,因此,该模型对实际生产过程中细浆得率的预测具有实用性. The empirical model of screened pulp yield was built based on the integration of a series of parameters including H factor, apparent residual alkali concentration, cooking temperature and time, initial active alkaline charge, sulfidity and residttal alkali con-centration of black liquor, and the effects of H factor and apparent residual alkali concentration on the screened pulp field were ana- lyzed. Then the feasibility and accuracy of empirical model was evaluated by the comparison of the least square fit regult, actual ex- periment data and prediction modcl value. The experimental results showed that the similarity between the prediction model value and real value reached 95% within the range of the certain eucalyptus sulfite pulping conditions referred in this paper, confirming that this Ihedel could precisely predict screened pulp yield. Meanwhile, this model also gave some clue to the screened pulp yield prediction of real production as some of the parameters could be obtained from manufacture processes, therefore, the model could be applied to the practical cooking process for predicting screened pulp yield.
