摘要
为了大幅拓展永磁同步电动机的运行范围,提出了定子绕组串并联换接的方法。研究了串并联换接的实现途径,换接过程对电机参数和运行状态的影响。实验证明在使用条件允许的前提下,电枢绕组串并联换接是扩展永磁同步电动机运行速度范围的有效方法之一。
A method which can extend the running speed range of PMSM through winding series-parallel switching wasproposed. Implementation of series-parallel switching was studied. The effects of series-parallel switching on the motor param-eters and the process on the motor running state were discussed which proved the armature winding series-parallel switching isone of the effective ways to extend permanent magnet synchronous motor speed in tool machines under available conditions.
