摘要 在深入分析SVPWM控制与SVPWM过调制控制原理的基础上,根据调整矢量围成的面积与给定矢量围成的面积相等,提出了图解法SVPWM过调制控制,得出了在不同调制区时,调制比与过调制控制角的表达式及映射曲线。该过调制控制方法只需占用较少的存储空间,易于在SVPWM控制策略中实现,且不会影响PI调节器性能。该文基于Simplorer与RMxprt对ISG(Integrated Starter Generator)电驱动系统的图解法SVPWM过调制控制进行了建模仿真,结果表明:提出的过调制算法具有较高的电压利用率,可以控制逆变器从正弦SVPWM调制线性过渡到过调制,最终实现六拍运行,并可有效拓展永磁同步电机系统高速弱磁运行区间。 Based on the deep analysis of SVPWM control and SVPWM over-modulation control principle, according tothe adjustment vector surrounded area equal to the area surrounded by a given vector, graphic method SVPWM over-modu-lation control was put forward and the expression and mapping curve of the modulation ratio and the over-modulation controlangle at different modulation area were obtained. The over-modulation control method takes up less storage space, is easilyimplemented in SVPWM control strategy, and will not affect the performance of the PI regulator. Graphical Over-modula-tion method for the ISG(Integrated Starter Generator) electric drive system was modeled and simulated based on Simplorerand RMxport. The simulation results show that the over-modulation control strategy has a high voltage utilization, can con-trol inverter from sine SVPWM modulation linear transition to over-modulation, ultimately achieve six-step mode, and caneffectively expand high-speed weak magnetic run interval of permanent magnet synchronous motor system.
