河南省某综合性大学女性毕业生对乳腺增生诊治的需求调查

Investigation on treatment needs of mammary gland hyperplasia in female graduates of a comprehensive university in Henan province

目的:调查河南省某综合性大学女性毕业生乳腺增生诊治的需求现状。方法:对1 200名女性毕业生进行临床检查,以乳腺增生诊断标准判断该群体乳腺增生诊治的客观需求现状,设定上述1 200名大学女性毕业生为研究组,同期同地随机抽取600名职业女性为对照组,通过调查问卷获得她们对乳腺增生诊治的主观需求现状。结果:67.92%的大学女性毕业生客观需要进行乳腺增生诊治;研究组在掌握自我检查方法、了解危害及治疗、主动寻求治疗三项主观意识上的需求明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大学女性毕业生乳腺增生患病率较高,主观就诊意识较低,亟需关注。

Objective： To investigate the treatment needs of mammary gland hyperplasia in female graduates of a comprehensive university in Henan province. Methods： Clinical examinations were performed on 1 200 female graduates with diagnostic criteria of breast hyperplasia to determine the objective needs of diagnosis and treatment of breast hyperplasia in this group, setting the 1 200 fe- male university graduates as research group with 600 professional women selected randomly in the same peroid as control group. Questionnaires were used to obtain their subjective needs of diagno- sis and treatment of breast hyperplasia. Results ： 67.92% of female graduates had the needs of di- agnosis and treatment of breast hyperplasia. The needs of three subjective consciousnesses in re- search group were significantly lower than control group, including mastery of self-examination methods, understanding of the hazards and treatment, the initiative to seek treatment. Conclusion ： The female university graduates have a high prevalence rate of breast hyperplasia, lack subjective awareness of treatment and need urgent attention.
