摘要 肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)在心血管系统活动中起到维持水、电解质平衡及调节血压等作用。血管紧张素Ⅱ(Angll)是RAS系统中最重要的活性肽,通过与AngII-1型受体(ATlR)、AngII-2型受体(AT2R)结合而产生相应的生物学效应。ATlR在人体组织内分布丰富并介导AngII绝大多数作用,如血管收缩、
