新疆包虫病手术患者生存质量评估指标的初步构建

Life assessment scale in surgically treated hydatid patients in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region,China

目的研制包虫病手术患者生存质量测定量表。方法根据文献资料和前期包虫病住院患者生存质量的调查,结合专家咨询拟定包虫病手术患者生存质量的评价指标体系草案;用德尔菲法(Delphi)编制专家问卷,向18名从事包虫病研究的专家发放问卷,对所得数据进行积极度、协调程度、权威程度的统计与评价。结果两轮专家咨询的积极系数分别为100%,94%,两轮专家权威程度分别为0.83、0.85,两轮的专家协调系数分别为0.33、0.41,共确定5个维度30个评价指标。结论在两轮专家问卷调查的基础上,包虫病手术患者的生存质量评价指标体系基本形成。

In this study, we develop Quality of Life （QOL） assessment scaIe for surgically treated hydatid patients. A tentative draft was drawn based on the literature retrieval, QOL assessment in previously treated hydatid patients and with combination of expert consultation. Questionnaire was prepared with Delphi method and distributed to 18 experts in fields of hydatid research or relevant research. Statistic and evaluation of data were obtained in terms of the degree of activeness, coordi- nation and authoritativeness. Results showed that the degree of activeness in two rounds were 100% and 94% respectively, with degree of coordination from 0.33 to 0.41 and degree of authoritativeness from 0.83 to 0.85. Consequently, five dimen- sions and 30 assessment indicators were confirmed. Finally, QOL assessment scale system is preliminarily developed through two rounds expert questionnaire in our study.
