钠尿肽在中枢神经系统的生理和病理学意义 被引量：1

摘要 钠尿肽系统（natriuretic peptides,NPs）是一类结构相似的肽类激素,以其强大的利钠、利尿、扩张血管作用,已被广泛应用于心血管疾病的临床治疗.以往对其研究的焦点集中在循环系统和泌尿系统,但是近年来的实验证明,钠尿肽及其受体也广泛分布在中枢神经系统,它们不仅在突触传递和神经信号的处理中发挥着关键的调制作用,而且对神经发育、细胞的增殖和凋亡以及神经保护等方面具有重要的调节功能.正因为如此,它们也被开始应用于脑肿瘤等临床疾病的治疗.
