摘要 目的:研究自噬相关蛋白微管相关蛋白轻链3(LC-3)和beclin-1在子宫内膜异位症患者异位内膜组织中的表达情况,探讨其与临床分期的关系.方法:采用免疫组织化学及免疫印迹检测80例子宫内膜异位症患者(研究组)及20例正常子宫内膜(对照组)组织中LC-3和beclin-1蛋白的定位及定量情况.结果:研究组异位内膜组织中LC-3和beclin-1的表达较对照组显著下调,并且随着r-AFS期别程度的增加,LC-3和beclin-1蛋白表达呈逐渐下降趋势.结论:LC-3和beclin-1在子宫内膜异位症中处于低表达状态,且与子宫内膜异位症的发生发展及严重程度呈负相关. Objective: To investigate the expression of the autophagy-related protein microtubule-associated protein light chain 3 (LC-3) and beclin-1 in the ectopic endometrial tissues of patients with endometriosis, and to further explore the relation with the pathogenesis of endometriosis. Methods: The localization and quantification of LC-3 and beclin-1 protein was detected in 80 cases of uterine endometriosis patients (study group) and 20 cases of normal endometrium tissues (control group) by using immunohistochemistry and Western blotting analysis. Results : The expressions of LC-3 and beclin-1 in the ectopic endometrial tissues of the study group were significantly lower compared with the control group, and the levels of r-AFS increased. The expression of LC-3 and beclin-1 protein decreased gradually. Conclusion: A low expression state in endometriosis appears in LC-3 and beclin-1, and has a relation with the occurrence and development of endometriosis.
