摘要
目的:了解太行山猕猴(Macaca mulatta)及日本猕猴(Macaca fuscata)掌面Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ区斗形纹的旋转方向及是否存在不对称性.方法:对59例(♀41例,♂18例)肤纹完整清晰的太行山猕猴掌面Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ区斗形纹的旋转方向进行调查,数据经SPSS 13.0软件进行卡方检验,同时对日本猕猴掌面Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ区斗形纹的旋转方向的数据进行卡方检验.结果:无论太行山猕猴、高崎山猕猴还是屋久岛猕猴掌面指间Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ区斗形纹旋转方向在侧别间差异具有统计学意义.结论:斗形纹旋转方向表现出左右不对称性,推测猕猴掌面斗形纹旋转方向的不对称性也许是一种普遍现象,地磁的作用和地球自转导致生长素分布不均有可能影响斗形纹的旋转方向.
Objective: To understand the rotational direction of the palmar whorls in the interdigital H-IV area in the Macaca mulatta and Macaca fuscata, and whether there is asymmetry between right side and left side. Methods: We investigated the rotational direction of the palmar whorls in the interdigital Ⅱ-Ⅳ area of 59 (male 41, female 18) Macaca mulatta specimens whose dermatoglyph are complete and clear. The survey data of Macaca mulatta and Macaca fuscata were analyzed through SPSS 13.0 statistical software by Chi-square test. Results: In Macaca mulatta, Macaca fuscata fuscata or Macaca fuscata Yakusi', there was a significant difference in the rotational direction of the palmar whorls in the interdigital Ⅱ-Ⅳ area. Conclusion: The rotational direction shows asymmetry between right side and left side. It is speculated that the geomagnetic and auxin distribution caused by earth's rotation is likely to affect the rotational direction of whorls.
