咀嚼口香糖对腹腔镜胃癌D_2根治术后胃肠功能恢复的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of chewing gum on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after laparoscopy assisted D_2 subtotal gastrectomy in gastric cancer

目的:探讨咀嚼口香糖对腹腔镜胃癌D2根治术后胃肠功能恢复的疗效。方法:选取120例行腹腔镜胃癌D2根治术的患者,随机将入组患者分入咀嚼口香糖组和对照组,咀嚼口香糖组患者从术后4 h起即开始咀嚼口香糖,对照组则采用术后常规治疗及护理。对患者术后恢复肛门排气排便时间、首次肠鸣音时间、住院时间及肠道相关并发症等进行对比。结果:咀嚼口香糖组患者术后胃肠功能恢复时间相对于对照组均提前,住院时间缩短(P<0.05),肠道相关并发症差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:咀嚼口香糖可以促进腹腔镜胃癌D2根治性后胃肠功能恢复,缩短住院时间,且方法简便安全,可以作为腹腔镜胃癌术后胃肠功能恢复的辅助治疗手段之一。

Objective： To investigate the effect of chewing gum on the recovery of gastroin- testinal function after taparoscopy assisted D2 subtotal gastrectomy in gastric cancer. Methods： We choosed 120 patients after laparoscopy assisted D2 subtotal gastrectomy from February 2012 to May 2013 in the minimally invasive surgery center of Lanzhou general hospital of Lanzhou military command. The patients were randomly divided into group A （chewing gum group） and group B （control group）, patients of group A started chewing gum from 4 hours after the operation, while the control group used the conventional therapy and nursing after operation. The postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time, the first bowel sounds, hospitalization time and bowel-related complications were recorded and compared, Resuits： The postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time of chewing gum group was earlier compared to the control group, hospitalization time was shorter （P〈 0.05）, but bowel-related complications were no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Chewing gum can promote gastrointestinal function recovery, shorten the time of hospitalization of patient after laparoscopy assisted D2 subtotal gastrectomy in gastric cancer, and the method is simple and safe. It can be used as an adjuvant therapy of gastrointestinal function recovery after taparoscopy assisted D2 subtotal gastrectomy in gastric cancer.
