清火解毒法对乙型溶血性链球菌的抑菌试验

Antibacterial Test of Clear Fire Detoxification Party for Beta-hemolytic Streptococcus

目的：观察清火解毒法内服方和外用熏蒸方对乙型溶血性链球菌的体内外抑菌作用。方法：体外抑菌实验采用增菌培养和二倍稀释法,体内抑菌实验采用清洁级ICR小鼠腹腔注射乙型链球菌培养原液0.5ml/只,连续给药2天,观察死亡率和存活天数。结果：受试药对标准菌株和临床分离菌均具有较强的抑菌作用,MIC为16.5~156mg/ml;清火解毒法内服方高、中剂量组对乙型链球菌感染小鼠均可降低其死亡率,延长存活天数,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）。结论：清火解毒法对乙型溶血性链球菌体内外均有抗菌作用。

Objective： To observe the inhibitory effect of in vitro and vivo on Beta- hemolytic streptococcus by Qinghuo decoction oral side and topical fumigation party. Methods： The inhibitive experiments in vitro used enrichment culture and the double dilution method. The inhibitive experiments in vivo used ICR mice of clean grade injected beta- hemolytic streptococcus culture liquid 0.5ml/only, then continued administration for two days. Results： The investigational drug had a strongly inhibitory effect on the standard strains and clinical iso- lates, MIC at 16.5mg - 156mg/ml. The high dose group of Qinghuo decoction oral side could reduce the mor- tality rate for beta - hemolytic streptococcal infection in mice, and could prolong survival days. It was com- pared with the model group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The clear fire detoxification party has an antibacterial effect in vitro and in vivo on beta - hemolytic streptococcus.
