川芎及其配方颗粒中阿魏酸的含量比较 被引量:9

摘要 目的:比较川芎及其配方颗粒中主要成分阿魏酸的含量。方法:采用HPLC法,以Waters SunFire C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱,甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(30∶70)为流动相,流速为0.8ml/min,检测波长321nm,柱温为30℃,测定川芎饮片及其配方颗粒中阿魏酸的含量,比较二者含量差异。结果:川芎饮片中阿魏酸的含量低于《中国药典》规定,配方颗粒中阿魏酸的含量远低于原药材的含量,与所标示的浓缩倍数不符。讨论:配方颗粒的生产工艺需要改进;需要建立统一的质量控制方法和合理的质量标准。 Objective: To compare the contents of ferulic acid between Rhizoma Chuanxiong and its dispensing granules. Methods : A Waters SunFire C ls (4.6 mmx 250 mm, 5 μm) was used for the analysis. The separation was performed with mobile phase of Methanol - 1% Acetic acid ( 30:70 ) at the flow rate of 0.8mL/min ; the column was thermosttated at 30℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 321nm; HPLC was used to determine the contents of ferulic acid between Rhizoma Chuanxiong and its dispensing granules, and compare the difference between two contents. Results: The contents of ferulic acid in Rhizoma Chuanxiong were less than the limitation of pharmarcopoeia in China ; The contents of ferulic acid in dispensing granules were less than Rhizo- ma Chuanxiong , and the daily amounts of the major components in dispensing granules were not equivalent in the decoction of Rhizoma Chuanxiong. Conclusion:The original dispensing granule productive process needs to be improved;the standardized criteria for the quality control of dispensing granules should be established and the manufacturing process, the criteria for raw material selection should be assessed and improved.
