自上世纪90年代,全程、整体化的管理思维烙刻在电子文件思维的范式之上,取代了文件生命周期理论指导下的阶段性管理实践。文章从已有的理论与实践基础入手,分析纸质时代和电子时代存在阶段性与整体性相对偶的思维空间的可能性,整理在其指导下的简单实践案例,最终给出在电子文件整体性管理下可以呈现阶段性管理的划分方式。
