摘要
活性粉末混凝土,简称RPC,是由水泥,石英砂,活性粉末混凝土复合掺合料等各种专用原料经过特定工艺条件生产出来的水泥基复合材料。我国针对RPC的研究应用,目前主要处在模拟研究与试验探索阶段,只有一些小型构件小规模的生产应用,应用在大型混凝土预制构件中还处于空白,如何在实际生产中对采用RPC制造大型混凝土构件,是一个值得研究和探索的课题,中铁丰桥桥梁有限公司成功为蓟港铁路北塘西至东大沽扩能改造工程预制RPC简支T梁19孔,该工程在国内是首次采用低高度、大跨度的RPC桥梁,取得了良好社会和经济效益。RPC简支T梁的试验成功并应用于生产,对今后RPC简支T梁的生产积累了宝贵的生产经验,不仅对于铁路桥梁建设具有重要意义,而且对于其它建筑领域应用RPC大型构件开拓了思路。
Research on Application of RPC in our country,at present mainly in the simulation research and experimental phase,only some small component of small scale of production,how to make large-scale concrete members by using RPC in actual production,is a research and exploration of the topic,the success of iron Feng Hashi Hashiyang Co.Ltd.as the thistle Port Railway West of Beitang East Daguexpansion project of prefabricated RPC simply supported T beam 19 holes,the project is the first adopts a low height,span RPC bridge in China,and achieved good social and economic benefits.Test the success of RPC simply supported Tbeam and applied to production,the future RPC simply supported T beamproduction has accumulated valuable experience in production,not only hasimportant significance for the railway bridge construction,but also for other construction field application of RPC large component development train of thought.
