摘要
针对光整机存在的光整斜纹问题,分析了其产生原因。通过优化光整机工作辊、支撑辊辊型,改进其前后张力控制,调整抗皱辊位置控制模式以及编写自动控制程序等方法,使光整斜纹缺陷得到基本消除,提高了光整质量和使用效率。
The reasons for feathering defects formation at skin-pass mill (SPM) are analyzed. Throughoptimizing the shapes of work rolls and support rolls of skin-pass mill, improving tension control before andafter skin -pass mill, adjusting the control pattern of anti -wrinkle roll and preparing automatic controlprogram, the feather defect at skin-pass mill was basically eliminated and finishing quality and utilizationefficiency were improved.
