摘要
针对可伸缩皮带运输机在冶金企业生产使用中出现的皮带跑偏的问题,从设计、生产、使用等不同环节分析出其产生原因,并提出了针对性的皮带纠偏措施。同时,研究出一种新的皮带自动纠偏装置,其环境适应性强,可降低人力消耗,提高工作效率,取得了明显的经济效益。
Aiming at the problem of belt off -track of retractable belt conveyor in the production ofmetallurgy enterprises, the author analyzes the causes from perspectives of design, production and applicationand puts forward relevant rectification measures. At the same time, a new belt self-offset device is developed.With strong environment adaption ability, the above device can reduce labor consumption and improveworking efficiency, gaining prominent economic benefits.
