摘要
分析了桥式起重机车轮啃轨的原因,以及国内外比较常用的几种缓解车轮啃轨的方法。将原有水平导向轮的刚性联接改进设计为弹性联接,设计出一种新的解决车轮啃轨的机构——自动调力水平轮组。这套机构通过弹簧预应力和关节轴承的巧妙应用,延长了水平导向轮纠偏力的作用时间,缓解了冲击力对设备的损伤。在实际应用中,当起重机侧向力小于水平轮组的纠偏力时,能够避免车轮啃轨现象的出现,解决了桥式起重机车轮啃轨问题。
The causes of overhead crane wheel rail gnawing are analyzed and some common approaches ofalleviating rail gnawing domestically and internationally introduced. With original rigid connection ofhorizontal guide wheel changed into flexible connection, automatic force-adjustable horizontal wheel set, anew mechanism which settled wheel rail gnawing, was designed. The above mechanism prolonged the actiontime for horizontal guide wheel to correct deflecting force and alleviated equipment damage by impact force,through the ingenious adoption of spring pre-stress and articulated bearing. In actual practice, when thelateral force of overhead crane was less than the correction force of horizontal wheel set, wheel rail gnawingcould be avoided, and thus, crane wheel problem was settled.
