摘要
某火箭发动机采用C/SiC复合材料的喷管,并在喷管上沉积一个带焊接头的铌环,通过该铌环与发动机金属头部进行电子束焊接。现需要车削完成喷管铌环的焊接台阶等特征。本文介绍了一种工装设计的新思路,即通过组合车削工装寻找定位基准。通过实际加工证明:该工艺技术完全满足焊接台阶的形位公差要求,并有效地解决了C/SiC复合材料脆性断裂等难题,最终满足了发动机的性能指标。
A model of rocket engine adopts the ceramic matrix composites nozzle, on which a niobium ring was deposited to connect to the engine by means of electron beam welding. For turning the welding stage of niobium ring, this paper introduces a kind of process equipment design train of thought. By using combining process equipment to find new positioning base, it effectively solved the problem of the fracture of ceramic matrix composites. This technology completely satisfied the requirements of tolerance of welding stage by turning results. And it improves the performance of the engine much further.
