摘要
通过建立故障树的方法对某型液压油缸内泄漏问题进行分析,确定了油缸磨损是引发内泄漏的原因,通过控制缸体与活塞、导向套与活塞杆之间配合间隙的方法,从源头排除了故障,为后续类似故障分析研究提供了参考依据。
By using the fault tree analysis method, the thesis analyzes and defines the root reasons for the internal leakage of a certain model of hydraulic cylinder, and furthermore removes the fault through controlling the fit clearance between cylinder body and piston as well as that between guide sleeve and piston rod, consequently supplying the reference for the analysis and research of similar faults in future.
