长沙地区斜纹夜蛾抗性水平与代谢解毒酶及淀粉酶的关系 被引量:2

摘要 采用毒力测定的方法测定了长沙地区斜纹夜蛾种群对甲维盐、氯氟氰菊酯的抗性水平。同时,测定了其体内4种代谢解毒酶(羧酸酯酶、乙酰胆碱酯酶、谷胱甘肽转移酶、多功能氧化酶)和淀粉酶的活性。结果表明,湖南长沙地区的斜纹夜蛾田间种群对甲维盐和氯氟氰菊酯这两种杀虫剂,相对于敏感种群产生的抗性倍数分别为30.35倍与47.28倍。与敏感种群相比,长沙地区斜纹夜蛾种群的代谢解毒酶均有显著的提高,表明4种代谢酶在斜纹夜蛾对甲维盐与氯氟氰菊酯的抗性中起到了重要的作用。长沙田间斜纹夜蛾种群的淀粉酶活力显著高于敏感种群,说明杀虫剂可能在一定程度上激活了淀粉酶的活力。 Risistance of Spodoptera litura in Changsha area to two insecticides of Emamectin Benzoate and cyhalothrin and the four detoxification enzymes [acetylcholine esterase (AchE), carboxylesterase (CarE), guhathione S transferases (GSTs), mixed-functional oxidase (MFO) ] and the amylase activities were tested by bioassay and biochemical methods. The results showed that S. litura in Changsha had high resistance to Emamectin Benzoate and cyhalothrin with resistance level of 30.35 and 47.28 times as sensitive population, and there were more detoxification enzymes, which indicated four detoxification enzymes improved resistance significantly. Amylase (AMS) of Changsha field population had high activities than that of sensitive population which meant that AMS maybe activated by insecticides in some extent.
