基于欧标的异形截面端板螺栓连接节点构造及设计方法

摘要 以麦加火车站项目为背景,探讨了基于欧标的异形截面的端板螺栓连接节点的构造及设计方法。通过设置合理的手孔,满足了建筑造型要求的内端板连接构造和高强螺栓的安装施工要求。参考欧标的钢结构设计规范EC3-1.8中对H形端板连接节点的设计规定,结合异形截面端板螺栓连接节点的设计和有限元分析结果,对于此类异形截面端板连接形式,确定了建议的屈服线模式,建立了适合此类节点的设计方法。根据节点构造和受力特点建立了合理的简化有限元模型,得到了组成端板连接节点的各部分受力情况,验证了节点的可行性。 Based on Mecca Railway Station, the authors discuss structure and design method for special- shaped section endplate bolt connection joints based on Eurocode. By setting reasonable handhole, inner endplate's connection structure and installation for high-strength bolt are satisfied. Making reference to design regulations for H-shaped endplate connection joint in the steel structure design code EC3-1.8, combing with design and finite element calculation result of special-shaped section endplate bolt connection joint, yield line mode for the connection form is suggested, the design method for the connection joint is established. Based on joint' s structure and loading features, a reasonable and simple finite element model is established to know the loading features of each part in the endplate connection joints, and the feasibility of the joint is verified.
