Construction Management on Hoisting Stage of Large Equipment

大型设备的吊装是厂房类建筑工程施工后期的施工重点,也是整个施工建设阶段的难点。近年来随着厂房建设规模越来越大,厂房内设备逐渐也呈现出模块化趋势,单模块质量大,尺寸大,吊装施工难度大。以某薄膜液晶体管液晶显示器件(TFT-LCD)项目综合动力站(CUB)建筑为背景阐述大型设备吊装阶段的管理过程及思路。

Large equipment＇ s hoisting is key construction stage for workshop, which is also difficult on the whole construction stage. In recent years, with the factory construction scale becomes bigger and bigger, equipment in the workshop shows module trend. Weight and dimension of some single module are large, the hoist construction is difficult. On the basis of some CUB building in a TFT-LCD project, the authors show the management process and thought of the large equipment hoist.
