广西耕地质量等级补充完善工作有关问题探讨与建议

Discussion and Suggestions on the Supplement and Smprovement in Sultivated Sand Quality Sank Evaluation of Guangxi Province

耕地质量等级评价在土地管理方面具有重要意义,是制定各项土地管理政策的重要依据,是土地管理实现由数量管理为主向数量、质量、生态管护相协调管理转变的一项重要基础性工作。本文论述了耕地质量等级评价的重要作用,介绍了广西耕地质量等级补充善工作思路及成果特点,分析了耕地质量评价工作中存在的问题及原因,提出了加强耕地质量等级评价工作、提升成果质量的对策与建议,以期为今后耕地质量等级评价工作提供思路与参考。

As an important basis of formulating various land man-agement policies, grade evaluation of cultivated land quality is of great significance in land management. It is the foundational work of land management which transforms quantity management priori-ty into quantity, quality, and ecological coordinated management. In this study we have affirmed the crucial role of cultivated land quality rank, introduced the working thought and achievement characteristics, and analyzed the existing problems and reasons in the evaluation work of Guangxi Province. Finally, we proposed the countermeasure and suggestions such as strengthen the evaluation work of cultivated land quality rank and promote the achievement quality. We hope this work will be benefit to future work of culti-vated land quality rank evaluation.
