摘要
创业网络在创业领域得到较高的关注,研究已经证实创业网络具有文化特性。西方成熟经济的商业往来倡导时效性、成效性与目的性,而基于儒家文化背景的中国创业者则在商业活动中寻求个人关系与商业关系的平衡,相互间的信任是基础。从中国情境出发,分析创业网络的两种形式——正式网络、非正式网络的作用及其对新企业绩效的影响,并以长春、北京及福建三地的实地调研数据进行实证检验,发现正式网络与非正式网络对新企业绩效都产生积极影响,同时基于信任的非正式网络积极调节正式网络与新企业绩效的关系。
Although entrepreneurial network is more concerned in the field of entrepreneurship. Researches have show n that netw ork has cultural characteristics. Commercial relationship in w estern economy vigorously advocates timeliness and effectiveness,and have a strong goal. How ever,under the Confucian culture in China,entrepreneurs attempt to seek a balance betw een personal relationship and commercial relationship in business activities,w hich is based on mutual trust. Existing research has show n that entrepreneurial netw ork is not been adequately concerned in China. This paper attempts to analyze the role of formal netw ork and informal netw ork w hich are tw o forms of entrepreneurial netw ork and their impact on new firm performance. And w e conduct empirical test w ith the data of field research in Changchun,Beijing and Fujian province of China.
