摘要
以2年生黄栌(Cotinus coggygria Scop.)实生苗为试材,种植于含不同Cd离子浓度(50,100,200,500,1 000mg/kg,清水为对照)的土壤中,研究黄栌叶片相对电导率和电阻抗参数的变化。结果表明:黄栌叶片的相对电导率随着镉浓度的升高和处理时间延长而逐渐升高。胞外电阻Re随处理时间延长呈先降低后升高的趋势,高频电阻率r、低频电阻率r1、弛豫时间τ随处理时间的延长均先下降后升高,弛豫时间分布系数ψ差异不明显。相关性分析表明,黄栌叶片的电阻抗参数τ在不同镉浓度胁迫下,均与相对电导率相关,r与相对电导率呈负相关。
The electrical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) parameters and relative electrolyte leak- age were analyzed in leaves of two-year-old Cotinus coggygria Scop. under Cadmium stress (50, 100, 200, 500, 1 000, 1 500 and 2 000 mg/kg, and water as the control). The results showed that the relative electrolyte leakage of the leaves increased gradually with the increasing concentration of Cadmium and duration of the stress. The extracellular resistance Re initially decreased, and increased finally. The specific high-frequency and low-frequency resistance r and rl as well as the relaxation time r decreased firstly and then increased. There was no signif- icant difference about distribution coefficient of relaxation timeψ in leaves among these treat- ments. The correlation between EIS parameters and relative electrolyte leakage (REL) were analyzed, indicating that the EIS parameter r correlated with REL. And there was a negative correlation between r and REL. Therefore, the v and r can reflect Cadmium stress degree of C. coggygria Scop. leaves.
