Application of Quality Control Chart to Paclobutrazol Residue Determining in Fruits and Vegetables

[目的]有效保证实验室对蔬菜、水果中多效唑残留检测质量。[方法]采用回收率质量控制图对多效唑残留检测进行持续监控。[结果]在2013年1—6月间,所有样品中加标回收率数据均处于上下控制限之间。[结论]实验室对于蔬菜、水果样品中多效唑残留量检测所获得的数据处于可控范围之内。

[Aims] The aim is to control the quality of paclobutrazol residue determination in the lab. [Methods] The quality control chart of paclobutrazol recovery were developed. [Results] In the first half year of 2013, recovery of paclobutrazol could meet the requirements. [Conclusions] The results indicate that the quality of paclobutrazol residue determination in fruits and vegetables could be controlled effectively.
