摘要 [目的]解决防治甘草锈病药剂品种单一的问题。[方法]通过4种药剂对甘草锈菌室内毒力测定和甘草锈病田间防治试验,进行防治甘草锈病有效药剂筛选。[结果]甘草锈菌对50%醚菌酯WG最为敏感,有效成分LD50值为0.743 9 mg/kg,50%醚菌酯WG在田间防效评价中也表现最好,药后20 d防效达63.78%。[结论]50%醚菌酯WG是防治甘草锈病的理想药剂。 [Aims] The study aims to solve the problem that the variety of fungicides against iquorice rust were less. [Methods] The effective fungicides were screened by toxicity indoor among four kinds of fungicides against Uromyces glycyrrhizae Magn., and by field trials aganist liquorice rust. [Results] Uromyces glycyrrhizae Magn. was the most sensitive for kresoxim 50% WG with LD50 of 0.743 9 mg/kg, it also displayed the best performance in field test with control effect of 63.78% after treatment for 20 days. [Conclusions] Kresoxim 50% WG is an ideal fungicide against liquorice rust.
