Assessment of Daqing's low-carbon ecological city construction

在对大庆市低碳生态城市建设状况分析的基础上,构建了大庆市低碳生态城市建设评价指标体系。采用层次分析法和加权指数法,选择2006-2010年数据对大庆市低碳生态城市建设情况进行综合评价,指出从2007-2010年间大庆市的低碳生态化程度逐年提高,但与高度低碳生态城市相比还有一定差距,建议继续推进非油经济发展、建立低碳经济试点区及加强低碳经济制度建设。

In view of the development of low-carbon ecological city of Daqing, an low-carbon ecological assessment index system was established. Weighted index method and AHP method were used in the comprehensive assessment of Daqing＆#39;s low-carbon city construction based on the data from 2006 to 2010.The result shows Daqing increases its low-carbon ecological degree year by year from 2007 to 2010, though there is still a gap compared with cities of high low-carbon ecological construction. As for the low-carbon city construction of Daqing, it should continue to prompt the non-oil economy development, establish low-carbon economy test region, and strengthen the low-carbon economy regulations.
