Problems and countermeasure of college students' career planning

针对解决我国大学生职业生涯规划中存在的缺少专业师资队伍、学生职业生涯规划意识不足、缺少系统的课程体系等问题,对如何打造高素质的职业生涯教师团队,健全职业生涯课程体系,构建符合中国国情的大学生职业生涯规划理论体系和评价体系等问题进行了分析研究,旨在为大学生职业生涯规划教学改革提供一点新思路。

To solve problems of the shortage of professional teachers, inadequate conscious-ness of career planning among students and the lack of systematic course systems. Analy-ses were made of how to create a team of qualified occupation career teachers, how to im-prove the occupation career course system and how to build a career planning theory and evaluation system for college students. All these researches are devoted to provide new ideas for the teaching reform of career planning among college students.
