我国保险业上市公司现金股利支付率影响因素实证研究

An Empirical Research on Cash Dividend Payment Rate Influencing Factors of listed Company in Insurance Industry of China

笔者在对股利分配相关理论总结归纳的基础上,运用我国保险业上市公司的面板数据,实证检验现金股利支付率与股权集中度、GDP增长率、银行一年期贷款基准利率、公司规模、成长性、资本结构、盈利能力之间的相关关系,找出那些影响现金股利支付率的因素,从而为保险监管、股东分红和保险公司提取留存收益提供借鉴。

Abstract： On the basis of the summarize about the related theory respecting dividend distribution, using the panel date of listed company of insurance industry, test the relationship between the cash dividend payment rate and ownership concentration, GDP growth rate, benchmark one-year loan interest rate of the bank, company size, growth, capital structure, ROE through statistical program and then find out the real influence factors in order to of- fer reference for insurance regulators, shareholder and insurance companies
