摘要 阐述了塔机防碰撞技术对于塔机安全运行的重要意义。对国内外塔机防碰撞技术的研究现状进行了综述,指出了被动式塔机防碰撞技术在工程应用中存在的不足之处。在对比分析典型障碍物检测技术的基础上,提出了一种基于超声检测技术和信息融合理论的主动式塔机防碰撞方法,并探讨了远距离超声测距技术、障碍物超声定位技术、塔机防碰撞算法等需要解决的关键问题。 The importance of tower crane anti-collision technology for safe operation of tower crane is explained. Review research situation about tower crane anti-collision technology at home and abroad, shortage of passive tower crane anti-collision technology existing in engineering application is introduced. On the basis of contrastive analysis on typical obstacle detection technology, a kind of active tower crane anti-collision method based on ultrasonic detection technology and information fusion theory is presented, additionally, key problems to be solved, such as long-distance ultrasonic ranging technology, ultrasonic positioning technology of obstacle and tower crane anti- collision algorithm is discussed.
