摘要
The Work Manual of Scientific Plan and Development for Technical Standards （the Manual for short）, worked out by SAC together with MOST and AQSIQ, was officially released, providing the basic knowledge of technical standards, methods and tools fbr the convenience of technological workers to better undertake or participate in the development of technical standards.
